You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification at every status change so you can track the case.

The entire process is recorded digitally to ensure transparency, traceability and accountability.

Citizens may submit cases via the Web Portal, Android App or Official WhatsApp. All channels generate a unique case number for tracking.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

The portal protects citizens' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

When submitting a case, citizens may request confidential handling of their data. In such cases, the submitter's identity will not be visible to users responsible for managing the case, except when required by law.

COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS PORTAL BEGINS PILOT PHASE IN THREE NORTHERN PROVINCES

The Government of Mozambique has officially launched the pilot phase of the Complaints and Reports Portal in the provinces of Nampula, Cabo Delgado and Niassa. This first stage will validate the processes for submitting, handling and tracking complaints, grievances, petitions and reports. Following pilot evaluation, gradual nationwide expansion is planned over the next three months.

IGE AND IGSAE STAFF RECEIVE TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT TO OPERATE THE PLATFORM

Twenty-five staff from the General State Inspectorate and the General Inspectorate of Food Safety and Economic Activities completed training on the Complaints and Reports Portal. The initiative also provided IT equipment and working tools to ensure efficient handling of citizen submissions, as part of Government efforts to accelerate Public Administration digitalisation.

ONE THOUSAND COMMUNITY TRAINERS PREPARED TO PROMOTE PORTAL USE ACROSS THE COUNTRY

The Portal's technical team has completed online training for one thousand community trainers from every province. These trainers will act as platform ambassadors, raising citizen awareness and promoting use of the digital channels for submitting and tracking cases in their communities.

The President of the Republic challenged the General State Inspectorate to step up oversight, prevention and the fight against corruption, promoting a Public Administration that is more honest, transparent and citizen-oriented. The Head of State stressed the importance of accountability and the modernisation of internal control mechanisms.
